Seven senior RHS student athletes celebrated an amazing accomplishment on Nov. 13, 2025, signing letters of intent to continue competing at the colligate level.
Signing Day holds special meaning for these promising athletes, as it rewards their hard work and dedication while marking the next step in their academic and athletic careers.
Here’s a roundup of the student-athletes who committed:
Nick Cirella signed to play Division 1 lacrosse at Long Island University. “I picked Long Island University because it is closer to home,” he said. “I really liked the team and the coaches and when I visited the campus. I could see myself as part of the team culture.”
PiaBella DiGregorio signed to play Division 3 soccer at Muhlenburg College. “I picked Muhlenburg because of the balance I can get between athletics and academics, while still being close to home, so my parents can come see my games,” DiGregorio said.
Daniella Gizienski signed to play Division 3 softball at Moravian University. “I really loved how active the campus was; a lot of students were involved, and it made me feel super welcome,” Gizienski said.
Justin Novak signed to play Division 1 lacrosse at Towson University. “When going through the process of recruiting and committing, the main standout for me was the coaches and their system that they use at the school and for the team itself,” he said.
Mason Wilson signed to play Division 1 baseball at Penn State University. “The coaches at Penn State are the absolute best, and I have always felt a great connection and drive for them since the second I got the chance to speak to them,” Wilson said. “That’s what stuck out about Happy Valley to me and made my decision easy.”
Lily Zepp signed to play Division 3 softball at The University of Scranton. “The recruiting process during my junior year was super stressful, and I even considered if I should try to play softball at all,” Zepp said. “But I wouldn’t be able to detach myself from the sport, and that’s when I decided this was the best school for me.”
Finally, Breanna Colburn signed to play Division 3 softball at Wilkes University.
Congratulations to these and other senior student-athletes who gave it their all and earned places on rosters at top U.S. colleges and universities. Watch this space for news of future Signing Days for the Class of 2026 in the coming months.
