Gretchen Tuttle is a junior who is in her third year on staff at Rampage, and she has written for TAPinto Randolph as part of the TAP Club. Gretchen also does Cross Country and Lacrosse. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two cats, Oreo and Scout, and two dogs, Rocket and Spookie.
