Libby Cooper, Staff Photographer
Libby Cooper is a sophomore who is enjoying her first year as a staff photographer for Rampage. She is an active participant in theater programs both on and off campus as well as in the high school’s Video Club. When Libby aspires to reach her goals, she makes them happen.
